How long does it take to receive my order?
➜ All of our items are made to order. This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item!

📬 Shipping time: 1-2 business days (USPS with tracking information).
All Katie Belle orders are custom hand-made items. This allows us to be jewelry industry leading in the amount of designs we are able to offer.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an notification to your email address or phone number upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
After the shipment you will receive tracking information to your email address/phone number.
How can I exchange an item?
Hassle-free returns! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
* Items can be exchanged within 60 days, starting from the order date.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you have issues with your received Katie Belle item or would like to cancel your order before it has been sent into production, then please contact us by email email@example.com Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
