How long does it take to receive my order?
You can expect items to arrive within 3-14 business days* depending on the piece that is ordered.
*All Katie Belle orders are custom hand-made items, therefore please note that due to the busy holiday season these estimates can change.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We truly apologise for that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at email@example.com and we'll make it right for you.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a notification to your email address or phone number upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
After the shipment you will receive tracking information to your email address/phone number.
How can I exchange an item?
Hassle-free returns! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
* Items can be exchanged within 60 days, starting from the order date.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you have issues with your received Katie Belle item or would like to cancel your order before it has been sent into production, then please contact us by email email@example.com Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
